After my five-month-long sojourn in Canada, I got back to the plot on 10th October, and have spent a few days tidying up and beginning the fun bit - digging! Many thanks to Rachel and Jon for maintaining the allotment while I was away, especially as Eliana was born in the midst of all the harvesting and weeding!
